Deployment in Vertical Integration as a Pillar of Excellence
A critical aspect of KORE Power's vertical integration strategy is the seamless deployment and installation of our energy storage solutions. Our field service and installation teams have decades of experience deploying and servicing both large—and small-scale projects, experience that has developed the know-how to anticipate and mitigate any potential challenges during installation.
Planning and Delivery
Every successful deployment of KORE Power products begins in the planning phases. Our Projects and Operations teams work with customers to create a complete deployment plan before storage systems and techs head into the field for installation. These plans are unique to each customer and project. DC blocks and modular battery systems are delivered and installed onsite. They also train local technicians while they offer products. Each product and site is unique, and our dedicated teams ensure that tailored plans address these specific requirements, optimizing the deployment process.
Post- Deployment
KORE Power’s commitment to product performance and customer support extends well beyond the installation phase. To extend the lifecycle of our installations, we offer a variety of maintenance programs, including preventive maintenance and system health checks.
KORE Asset Management System (KAMS), our next-gen AI-powered asset management platform, plays a key role in post-deployment. KAMS leverages real-time data and AI-driven insights to monitor system performance and forecasted weather, enabling predictive maintenance, which reduces downtime and operational costs. This comprehensive approach ensures that our customers receive optimal performance from their energy storage systems.
While KOREPlex and our domestic supply chain ensure product quality, our focus in this context is on ensuring smooth installation and post-deployment support through our specialized teams.
Deployment and Monitoring
Our installation process is handled by specialized in-house teams with extensive expertise across engineering, project management, and technical operations. These teams ensure smooth deployments, from system integration to troubleshooting. Since we do not outsource or contract out our installation services, our teams maintain full familiarity with KORE Power’s products, ensuring seamless communication and execution on-site. This allows us to mitigate potential issues swiftly, giving our clients and internal stakeholders confidence.
Standard warranties cover core product reliability and basic service support, while extended warranties provide additional years of coverage, including preventive maintenance and system health checks. This ensures long-term operational reliability and gives customers peace of mind.
Part of deployment in the field is monitoring and executing a product that meets KORE Power's specifications. We prioritize safety, communicate clearly throughout the process, and ensure all stakeholders are informed. Our team in the field will work with the customer's team onsite and our monitoring teams at the office to ensure the installation process is smooth.
At KORE Power, our commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction drives everything. From planning to post-installation support, we deliver solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
Watch for the final part of our Vertical Integration Series as we dive into KAMS.
