KORE Power is excited to welcome a new member of the KORE team, Renaud Lecompte. Renaud comes to us with extensive global sales knowledge and industry experience. He will be joining the KORE Power team as the Regional Vice President of Sales – EMEA, opening our first European office. Recently, we had a chance to speak with Renaud about his previous experience before joining KORE.

Renaud, can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

I have been in the clean energy space for many years with global product development, sales, and business management experience. My background encompasses the electronic, automotive, energy, renewables, automation, and energy storage industries. After spending many years serving high growth regions such as China, Europe, India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, I am excited to help open KORE's first European office.

What do you love the most about working in clean energy?

I enjoy contributing to one of the biggest challenges that humanity is facing today, saving our environment. I like the feeling of participating in the ongoing transformation of this industry by bringing new technology products and approaches to the market.

What led you to choose KORE Power?

KORE Power is a fast-growing company, and they have already achieved many milestones since their commencement. I see tremendous growth potential in the international markets and look forward to developing that alongside the KORE team.

Given your wealth of industry experience, what excites you the most about the future of KORE Power?

KORE Power's company strategy and vision is are significant when speaking with the team. They want to redefine what it means to serve global markets and meet market demand with their manufacturing and service capabilities. It excites me that they want to establish regional control of production in key markets and be closer to the customer. Lastly, I stand behind the mentality of "I say what I'll do, and I do what I said," I know that KORE Power embodies this.

What is your perspective on KORE Power's future impact on the global energy storage industry?

In my perspective, KORE Power will become the most reliable energy storage provider in terms of; performance, delivery, and commitment. They will become the choice provider among the current energy storage players and all other newcomers.
